Delete your account

You can permanently delete your NestPilot AI account and its data from inside the app at any time. No email or phone call is needed.

Delete in the app

  1. Open NestPilot AI and sign in.
  2. On the Home screen, tap your name or avatar at the top left.
  3. Tap Delete My Account, then confirm.

You can also go to Account & Data Settings → Delete Account.

For your security, if you haven't signed in recently the app asks you to sign out and back in first.

No access to the app?

Ask us by email

Email us from the address on your account, or tell us how you signed in (Apple, Google or email). We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.

Email a deletion request
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. To stop future charges, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NestPilot AI → Cancel Subscription.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, sign-in identities and active sessions on every device
  • Children's profiles, routines and notes
  • AI Copilot conversations, meal plans, grocery lists and school scans
  • Baby logs, reminders and private journal entries, with their photos
  • Reimbursement requests and saved receipt images

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you want a copy first, download your data from Account & Data Settings in the app before you delete.

What we keep, and why

  • Shared co-parent records. Messages, expenses, custody requests and calendar events you posted in a shared workspace stay visible to your co-parent, marked as coming from a deleted account. They are part of a shared record your co-parent relies on.
  • Security audit log. A tamper-evident log of account and workspace actions is kept to protect the integrity of shared records and investigate abuse.
  • Legal holds. If a shared workspace is under an active legal hold, deletion is paused until the hold is released. The app will tell you if this applies, and you can contact us for details.
